Go to this website, select "search ongoing trials", type 1) the name of the disease you are interested in and 2) your zip code in the "Enter search text" field (e.g., hypertension 10021). You will be shown a list of clinical trials in that disease in that zip code. You can review these trials to see if they are of interest to you.
