part in our chronic pain survey TMT-B-011 (only takes about
5 minutes), click this button:

Our ongoing web-based
chronic pain study TMT-B-011 (Evaluation
of Pain Location, Pain Quality and Pain Patterns in Subjects
With Chronic Pain) is approved
by an Institutional Review Board, and has a Confidentiality
Certificate from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). It
has recruited 2,051 subjects as of February 16, 2007, and we
hope to recruit 10,000 people with chronic pain. This should
give us a great deal of information about the types of
symptoms experienced by people with different types of
chronic pain. The study is posted at
http://clinicaltrials.gov and has
been consistently top ranked at this site for the last 2
years for the search term “pain” (as of February 2, 2007, it
was ranked #1 out of 1013 ongoing clinical trials). The
various chronic pain questionnaires are at
http://masterdocs.com/pain.htm and
can be used by anyone with pain; they generate a chronic
pain report that is available immediately to the person with
chronic pain and can also be provided to your physician.
If you answer
the questionnaire for TMT-B-011, we will give you immediate
access to a
free Personal Pain Report based on the symptoms you
describe, and a free set of medical articles on chronic
pain selected by computer on the basis of your symptoms (you
should find these helpful but we do not provide medical
advice and the articles may not include the cause of
your own pain).
